Sentinel Foundation is proud to introduce our newest initiative: Prevention Through Education.
Rescue work will always be essential—but every instance of prevention is a child who never needs rescuing. Our goal is to empower families, strengthen communities, and reduce the number of children at risk before harm ever occurs.
We’ve launched three interactive training programs designed to build awareness and equip you with practical, real-world skills to protect yourself and those you care about. All data and responses are handled solely by our licensed clinical team.
Our mission is simple: create communities of care, one person at a time, and protect every child.
Thanks to generous donors, the first 500 users can access these trainings for free. We hope continued support allows us to keep this life-changing program free for all who need it.
Our Current Offerings
21st Century Sentinels (Teen Edition)
Creating Sentinels (Teen Edition) equips teens with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the nuanced landscape of technology, misinformation, unspoken expectations, and generational gaps in communication with the adults in their lives. Teens who progress through this program will increase their ability to express themselves clearly and firmly, identify potential virtual threats, and enter into new situations with confidence.

21st Century Sentinels (Parent Edition)
21st Century Sentinels (Parent Edition) is a trauma-informed safety and wellness program that helps parents recognize when their teen is signaling distress, how to respond without escalating fear or shame, and how to foster trust in both online and in-person interactions.
Through real-world scenarios, practical tools, and curated talking points, participants learn how stress impacts decision-making, how to co-regulate during moments of overwhelm, and how to support their teen’s growth without burning out.
